1. The service
HappyPawSystem provides one clinic location with a public booking page, appointment calendar, email confirmations and reminders, basic client and pet records, clinic messages, and repeat-visit recall tools. It is not a medical-records, prescription, inventory, payment collection, accounting, insurance, or AI system.
2. Clinic accounts
Clinic users must provide accurate account and clinic information, protect their login details, and use the service only for a clinic they are authorised to manage. The account holder is responsible for activity performed through the account and for keeping staff access appropriate.
3. Clinic responsibilities
- Configure accurate services, durations, opening hours, availability, notice periods, and blocked dates.
- Review and manage bookings, cancellations, client messages, and recall reminders.
- Use client and pet information only for legitimate clinic operations and comply with privacy obligations that apply to the clinic.
- Obtain any permissions required before sending communications to clients.
- Do not upload medical records, prescriptions, payment-card data, or other information outside the current product scope.
4. Pet-owner bookings
Pet owners can request an available service and time without creating an account. A booking record is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a guarantee that a particular treatment will be provided. The clinic remains responsible for confirming the appropriate care and responding to urgent or emergency situations through its normal channels.
5. Subscription and payment
The regular Starter offer is PHP 1,490 per month after a 14-day trial, with no setup fee. The first 30 eligible subscribed clinics may receive a PHP 990 monthly founding price while their subscription remains continuously active. If a founding subscription is cancelled or expires, returning later may require subscribing at the then-current price. Subscription checkout is hosted by Lemon Squeezy. Access is available while a subscription is active or on trial. A cancelled subscription may retain access until its recorded end date.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person or clinic, or use the public booking page for spam or fraudulent bookings.
7. Service changes and availability
The service may be updated as the product develops. This draft does not promise uninterrupted availability, a service-level commitment, or support response time.
