Refund and Cancellation Policy

This draft states only what is currently confirmed about HappyPawSystem subscriptions. A final refund rule and self-service cancellation process have not yet been provided.

First draft - legal review required. This page describes the current product only. Items labelled “Business information required” must be completed and reviewed by qualified legal counsel before this policy is treated as final.

1. Current subscription offer

Starter is regularly offered at PHP 1,490 per month after a 14-day trial, with no setup fee. The first 30 eligible subscribed clinics may receive the PHP 990 monthly founding price while their subscription remains continuously active. Checkout and subscription billing are handled through Lemon Squeezy.

2. Cancellation requests

The application does not currently show a confirmed self-service cancellation workflow. Until a final process is approved, customers should contact notif@happypawsystem.com with the clinic account email and a request for cancellation assistance.

3. Access after cancellation

The application is designed to allow a cancelled subscription to continue accessing paid features only until the subscription's recorded end date. After that date, paid features are restricted. Cancellation does not automatically delete the clinic account or clinic data.

4. Refunds

No approved refund eligibility rule, refund window, partial-month calculation, or setup-fee refund rule has been provided. This draft therefore does not promise or deny a refund. Refund requests should be sent to the contact address below and must be handled under the final policy once approved.

Business information required: Decide whether the monthly charge is refundable, the deadline and conditions for requests, how the 14-day trial converts, when cancellation takes effect, whether prorated refunds apply, how Lemon Squeezy's merchant-of-record terms affect refunds, and the expected processing time.
