Who is HappyPawSystem for?
Independent veterinary clinics and small clinics that also offer grooming services. It is designed for owners and teams that want a simpler way to manage bookings, client communication, and repeat visits.
Do pet owners need an account?
No. Pet owners can open your public booking page, choose an available service and time, and enter their contact and pet details without creating an account.
Can two clients book the same time?
No. Booked, blocked, past, and unavailable times cannot be selected on the public booking page.
Does HappyPawSystem collect payments from pet owners?
No. Client payments are not part of the current product. Lemon Squeezy is used only for the clinic's HappyPawSystem subscription.
Does it include medical records or inventory?
No. The current product stays focused on online booking, appointment management, basic client and pet details, communication, and recalls. Medical records, prescriptions, inventory, accounting, insurance, and AI features are not included.
What happens after the trial?
The regular Starter plan is PHP 1,490 per month with no setup fee. The first 30 subscribed clinics can receive the PHP 990 per month founding price while their subscription remains continuously active.
